I believe in taking a holistic approach when helping others. Holistic healing means taking the whole into account to correct any imbalances, and working towards a healthy lifestyle where all parts of our being are nourished. We are all spirits here in human form. Holistic healing then works with all aspects of our being; Mind, Body, Emotion, and Spirit.

It creates balance, self-love, and inner awareness of your whole-self. It is not just a healing process but a journey into your own self-awareness of whom you are, why you’re here, and is the building block of your ascension process. Once you start the realization that you are not just this physical being, your journey begins, and oh what a journey it is!

I started out doing energy work some fourteen years ago. I took Qi gong classes and found that this work seemed familiar and easy. I learned (remembered) how to read people’s energy and how to heal their energy. I quickly found out (remembered) that healers don’t heal other people. People heal themselves. Healers hold a vibrational rate that helps others to easily heal themselves.

After that I moved onto working with my abilities as a clairvoyant, claircognizant, empath and clairsentient. When I was little I would see and play with my guides, and angels. I now use all of my spiritual abilities to help others to clear, cleanse, and balance their energy.

Over the years my spiritual and conscious awareness has grown. I have learned(remembered) a multitude of different healing modalities: Qi gong (energy healing), Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy, Channeling, Meditation, Chakras, Auras, Crystals, Herbs, Essential oils, Flower Essences, Tuning Forks, Sound Therapy, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, and much more!!

I use all of my abilities as a psychic, spiritual life coach, hypnotherapist, and healer when working with others. I believe in empowering others to heal themselves and enjoy helping others to connect to their own higher power. I teach a multitude of different classes on Self-Hypnosis, Energy Work, Working with your Chakra’s & Aura, Self-Healing Techniques, and Increasing your Spiritual and Psychic Abilities, Meeting your Angels/Guides, and much More!
