FROM THE NORTH:

From 35W - Travel to 494 East, then County 77 (Cedar Ave) South. Ten minutes beyond the Mall of America, you'll start seeing stop lights.  Take a left at the FOURTH stop light (at 147th Street), with Applebee's on the corner to your left. Traveling east on 147th Street, in about a block, on the left you'll see a one-story cream and light green office building (7373). Go to the parking lot beyond the building as it accommodates more vehicles and you will easily find a spot to park.

FROM THE NORTH ON 35E:

Take the exit for County 77 (Cedar Ave) South. Take a left at the FOURTH stop light (onto 147th Street), with Applebee's at the corner to your left. Traveling east on 147th Street, in about a block, on the left you'll see a one-story cream and light green office building (7373). Go to the parking lot beyond the building as it accommodates more vehicles and you will easily find a spot to park.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Coming from County Road 42 turn North onto Cedar Avenue (called County 23 south of County 42). Travel one block north and turn Right on 147th Street at the Applebees on the corner. Traveling east on 147th street, in about a block, on the left you'll see a one-story cream and light green office building (7373). Go to the parking lot beyond the building as it accommodates more vehicles and you will easily find a spot to park.

Enter the building on the East side, pass the big blue bench and take a right down the hall. Our office is the second one, Suite 108. Here is a view of our office waiting room the day of an open house in October 2009:
